Connections Connect is backed up by a flexible Service Level Agreement (SLA) which can be tailored to meet your individual needs. Front line support is handled by Knowledge Integration Ltd with assistance from Gooii Ltd.

Our standard SLA offers ‘tier 3’ support to institutions. This means that institutions handle the relationship with end users but are able to escalate technical software related issues to us. Our SLA offers a guaranteed response time to support calls as well as access to general help and advice by telephone and email from people who develop the software.

Upgrades
Another key feature of the SLA is free access to new and updated open source modules as they become available. By providing this free upgrade service we effectively offer you a low cost way to future-proof your investment.

Need hosting?
We also have wide experience of providing customers with software hosting and management services. We would be happy to discuss options with you, including third party hosting (using one of our trusted service providers), co-location or Software as a Service (SaaS).
